gw, i always kinda thought the CVG WAS A STATE AGENCY...even the head of mibam and the head of the CVG are the same thing for awhile now...to be honest, i think minerven is kinda out of the loop here (not the sharpest knives in the drawer).

in any case, thanks for digging this up. it looks like we can pretty much disregard everything thats been in the press recently except the fact that SOMETHING IS AT LEAST HAPPENING...

i find it hard to believe that we've recieved no offers (even lowball offers) from anyone for a buyout or settlement....
