I still wonder about what a deal with CRRC and KRY will look like, seeing as VZ and Chavez only want JV with VZ holding 51%. The way the talk has been going, I find it hard to imagine an announcement happening, to do with our JV, that leaves the MOC as it is, with VZ getting the short end of the stick. There has just been too much of an uproar about VZ's resources getting turned over to 'transnationals', especially since the VZ small miners have still not been given their ok to mine. To top it off, those good people who agreed to give up illegal mining years ago, still haven't been paid their measly thousand bucks or for being good citizens. That is such an unbelievable fiasco/PR nightmare.
So If there is any 'Alo Presidente' at Las Cristinas, or anywhere else, that deals with our situation, I see it encompassing the whole shebang. I just can't see it happening any way else.
What a simple issuance of a promised permit could have avoided. The backlash and grieve has been more than is possible to list. The trickle down affect enormous.
And of course if it did happen to come to pass........ my god what a huge deal it will be for Bolivar State....Oh ya, us too of course lol.......It's been so long I hardly believe a solution will ever actually come to be.
