I agree Midas, I don't see Hugo doing an Alo and mentioning the real outcome of LC until it is a done deal and people are working.

Then it will be part of a 12 hour Hugofest, and about 8 hours in he will say, "we really screwed those Yankee imperialist swine; we now have China mining all the gold in Bolivar, I think the company is called CRY, stands for China something, something, blah, blah, blah . . . . . "
