Ciudad Bolívar .- As of November 2 this year, the Bolivar State mining sector, would be discussing with Minister Jose Khan and representatives of the Development Committee of the National Assembly, matters relating not only to pay humanitarian aid, but also the implementation of social programs to the affected people in various parts of the body, following the implementation of the Plan Caura.
