If it's true that Minister Khan has already filed a petition of 'nulidad' at the Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) in Caracas to declare Crystallex International Corporation's 2002 contract with the Venezuelan Guayana Corporation (CVG) null and void because of a series of irregularities.....wouldn't that official action by Khan be considered a "material" event?

Notice that the "assertion" is stated as a hypothetical. What BS. I think these guys are just trying to make a few bucks by playing the shareprice against the "news". Isn't there a law against that?
