Contacted by telephone in Venezuela this morning, Rusoro president & CEO Andre Agapov said that details of the Las Cristinas/Las Brisas deal were being formalized ahead of the official announcement now scheduled for November 14. He may be returning to London over the weekend for consultations with related investors who are rumored to include Britain's Peter Hambro and an unnamed Chinese entity unrelated to Crystallex' bid to enter into a private joint venture arrangement with China Railways (CCRC).

RC didn't even get the JV partner right. Our deal is with China Railway Engineering Corp. or CREC through their subsiduary China Railway Resource Company Ltd. and CRRC Investment Ltd. CRRC.

Hard to tell is RC is just plain dumb or did it on purpose!
