is'nt it khan's agency that has been telling us "kry is in compliance with the MOC"?

now he supposedly wants to have the contract found null?

also, if i was hugo, i'd be more than a little PO'd about all this rusoro/RC blabber going on..it makes him look even dumber...if ANY of this is'nt true (and my money says most of it is BS) then would'nt hugo and khan both be a little upset with rusoro/agapov puting out these accusations????

so far RC/rusoro/agapov have insinuated/accused the ven govt of taking bribes in exchange for the MOC, letting kry put two guys in jail with help from the government, made the entire government look very stupid for letting this go on and for issuing the MOC in the first place, claimed to know hugo's travel schedule, made it look like hugo is going to make these big announcements then make him look stupid for not making them....

i think they're going to get thier tit caught in a wringer...personally i think we should begin legal proceedings against rusoro/agapov/RC right now for tortious interference/lible....why wait? maybe we can get enough out of agapov to fund arbitration...
