My only point is that VZLA and Chavez do not give 2 sh*ts about KRY shareholders and they are holding the cards right now. (IMO)
Nomar...I agree. I have to believe that Fung is painfully aware of missing the original milestone dates. For him to miss the revised 4th quarter deadline with the prospect of Arbitration looming ever closer would be more than embarassing and could lead to a wholesale dumping of shares (presuming all we get is more vague mumbo jumbo in the financial report) so I have to believe that if Fung has ANY sway with CRRC\China and CRRC\China has ANY sway over having this thing rubber-stamped by Venezuela (i.e. the much touted so-called "China-has-Hugo-by-the balls-theory"), then we will achieve resolution in time for the upcoming financials.
Of course the more cynical among us might say that "no news" followed by "no information" in the quarterly report along with the attendant drop in share price could conveniently work to the advantage of some privaleged entities who would like to accumulate additional cheap shares.
I might add that although El Piggo will no doubt want to get global recognition complete with photo op of himself and Hu Jintao dovetailed into release of any news, I don't believe this is a necessary condition to have our situation resolved. I'm sure this is much more important to Chavez than it is to Jintao. Hugo will always have the opportunity to publically kiss his master's ass against a backdrop of Km 88 if\when Jintau can fit this bloated bufoon into his busy schedule. In the meantime, there is no reason why El Piggo can't make big earth shaking announcements about saving the mining sector in Bolivar State by working a deal with the "Chinese".
I stand by my BOLD and DARING prediction that we achieve resolution prior to the upcoming quarterly financial report.
