So let me get this straight.

Hugo, CREC and KRY are all extremely anxious to get this done.

Hugo mentions the Russians being involved in LC but nothing about the CREC/KRY JV.

RML (Agapov) is causing trouble and making false comments about being involved in LC through Carson.

KRY is afraid to clarify the truth because we don't want to piss anybody off and ruin our chances.

However, the loudmouth in all this, RML, receives a permit for their mine while we still wait.
