Well said Civi. There are obviously problems. KRY constantly tells us so when they say they are trying to clear the path. There was a problem before and they knew it and never disclosed it. We did not have a politically approved partner and needed one. Why didn't they tell us that when they learned of it?

They know full well what is going on. If they didn't, what the F are they doing down there all the time? You can't unblock the path when you don't know what your obstacle is. And since the only value of KRY is the MOC itself, any problem (small or large) holding up the permit becomes material IMO.
