fen, from this article and a few other news pieces about various government representatives traveling to belarus/china to discuss recent agreements, i get the feeling that it's being fought out in the international arena as we speak...eventially somebody will come up with enough money to get this thing started. it makes me somewhat confident that kry will get something out of the deal.

our biggest enemy is time now.. this thing is completely out of kry's hands now so hopefully they're using thier time to negotiate other options...
