Minimum buyout price?

If anyone care for my opinion... it's $0.000025/share.

That's about all the money I can muster up. Pathetic, I know. I would thank you all very much (for making me a billionaire) if you would be so kind as to sell all your shares to me at that price, preferably before the end of the year.

I think the question should be, minimum *fair* buyout price. Everybody has their own opinion, that’s why we have a stock market. My opinion would be at today’s gold price: $10/share all cash, $20+/share all stock (depends on the stock; needs to be blue chip), somewhere in between in a combination. After the deal is signed with CRRC at the same gold price: $6/share all cash, $12+/share all Stock (depends on the stock; needs to be blue chip), somewhere in between in a combination.

Anything less would be an insult to even the semi-mathematically literate.

IMHO
