That paragraph was there in the last q. I asked specifically what that paragraph meant and I am still waiting 3 months later for a response. RM said I dunno and forwarded on and I have no response.

No hints, clues, nothing in this q that helps. No decoder ring exists for this because it is what it has always been, no permit/cooperation from VZ. Additionally, our management seems unwilling or unable to ask specifically what can be done to get this going. I know "officially" Vz is not asking.

Why the company gave more vague information this quarter over last and no update anyone can guess.

My guess:

Positive side: Deal is going to be some hybrid ugly baby.

Negative side: Arbitration.
