I think that we can officially say that on this date if we do not have a completed JV in writing that we have been duped. With KRY's official press release back in June they created an image that this new company was a done deal and many current investors, institutional and retail, added to their positions based on the information they supplied. I added to my position and many investors much smarter than me like the institutions and hedge funds added to theirs. It makes one wonder what June was all about? The SP certainly reflects that June never happened. But until then I will give them the benefit of the doubt. RM said and has said over and over again like a broken record that this deal "will" close before the end of the 4th quarter. They have six weeks.
