But since that MOC has never been activated by the granting of the permit, (KRY has certainly fullfilled ITS part of the MOC) then what is the true value of that MOC and therefore what do you think is the true buyout value of KRY?

What is he true value of the opportunity cost (for Venezuela) to have Las Cristinas sit idle year after year after year after year?
