We will all know in January 1, 2011 won't we. I can only go off of what investor relations is willing to comment on. Richard said the deal will be done in the 4th quarter. Is that good enough evidence for you? Who else should we all be relying on? Certainly not "anyone" on this board. We can only look to the company press releases, earnings reports, actual comments from the head of investor relations or R. Fung.
