Well, given the postings after Friday's Q3 release, I was tempted to think that the market might be dumping KRY shares wholesale this morning. But it looks like we on the board are the only one's getting impatient. Given this moring's SP, it looks like no one else is getting too uptight about things yet.

Looks to me like April is our true deadline for some kind of action: arbitration by then or we finally get a permit. Personally, if (and a very big if) our capital gains tax rates remain unchanged into the new year, it won't make a difference at all to me. I've got time.
