I wonder if it has been West Face selling KRY in the 3rd quarter?

Their 13F filing (2Q) in August showed them with 12M shares.

They just reported their 3Q and it now shows 1.2M holding for KRY.

Their holding of 13.2M in GRZ stayed the same.
