Definition of TRANSNATIONAL

extending or going beyond national boundaries <transnational corporations>

Hugo's use of the word for bashing purposes should include China also.

However I don't think we'll ever hear him say: "The Venezuelan economy belongs to the Venezuelans, we will never give it away to the Chinese transnationals."
