others will dis-agree but i see hugo trying to set up venezuela as a "wannabe cuba". i dont believe the ven people will allow this to happen but so far they've proven to be pretty stupid and lethargic..

if he can, he'll sell all assets in western countries prior to arbitration awards then only sell oil to the new "axis countries"...it would be interesting to see what china and russia do when the US Navy starts snatching ven oil tankers...like i say, i dont believe this will actually happen but i do believe this is hugo's master plan..
