I too believe that the SP was being manipulated today, but for the first time, I am beginning to feel that the end is near, with the transfer of MOC and the permit very soon.

Facts....JV is done, CREC is a well capitalized Co with limitless funding capabilities with State owned support, VZ's preference to avoid arbitration and so far there has been no rejection/change of the MOC...all the above gives me enough hope that the deal will be done.

My own speculation is that the MOC/permit needing to come from different depts namely Mibam and Minamb may be involved in a beurocratic red tape. There is also a quiet accumulation over the past several days by some individual/entity.
