Joe, I picked up on that as well. I'm probably gonna give Doug a call tomorrow... he really seemed receptive on the idea of a settlement and I believe he feels strongly that an offer is forthcoming based on the conference call.

He mentioned the "one big deposit" thingee again but stopped short of suggesting Venezuela wants to develop Km88 as one mine. He did say, it was their idea to combine going back to 2001 or 2002.

I don't think Gold Reserve has done us any favours and their situation right now regarding settlement talks (outside of arbitration) may indeed be holding up our deal.

What sucks most about this situation is that GRZ is a Buck - Seventy and we're at 30 cents.
