Agree. If the arbitration deadline comes and goes and we don't file, then we lose our only protection. Not a smart move. KRY has given VZ way too much slack in this whole saga. After roughly 5 years, it's time to put up or shut up. And judging from GRZ's stock price reaction to arbitration over the past 6 months compared to KRY's, I'm not necessarily against filing.
