There is no logical reason for this extended delay other than Vz wants Las Brisas settled first.

Waiting for KRY to start arbitration proceedings or maybe go bankrupt? If Roy's 'Rusoro si/ Crystallex no' rantings had credibility with institutional investors, Rusoro's sp would not be wallowing. (As an aside, it's interesting that he can move our sp down but can't move Rusoro's up.)

Anyway, these settlement talks with GRZ are likely to extend way past April.

Here's a new wrinkle I've been mulling over. I'll bet April will come and go and we won't file for arbitration. If so, this will be a key tell that our JV is getting the permit after Vz settles with GRZ.

Even though the news vacuum will continue, the market putting 2+2 together will cause our sp to go much higher.
