In Chavez's 10/19 speech made upon returning from his world tour, he named Khan, Elias, Melendez and Giordani as pointmen to resolve the Las Cristinas impass. So I emailed Richard, pondering, if Hugo made the names of the senior government officials public why can't Crystallex do the same?

The Company has been advised that meetings with senior government officials should be unpublicized by the Company unless there is material information or change that requires disclosure. It’s understood that the host country’s officials would make public statements or advisories should they see fit.
