The thing I don't understand is the silence from KRY. If we are having daily or weekly contact with Ven. officials, they have to be talking about something. KRY's policy of silence has not worked to our advantage to this point, so why not let investors know what exactly is going on.

Are we to believe nothing of a material nature has been discussed in all this time. (and if not...we pretty much have our answer right there) We get the same answers of "ongoing discussions with Ven officials", well if thats true, who are they? and whats thier capacity for granting a permit?

In the meantime we sit and wait while news reports, and from Hugo's own mouth, "Las Cristinas will be mined with the help of the Russians", and there has been no sign that that has changed. KRY has been shown nothing but disrespect by the Ven. government in the last couple of years, but yet we sit and wait while they continue to string us along.

KRY has completed thier social obligations, paid for bonds, paid for permits, paid taxes, and from what we know, has been an excellent business citizen to Venezuela and the Venezuelan people, and now KRY has offered 2/3 of the company to an "acceptable partner", and still nothing

In my opinion with the arbitration deadline quickly approaching we need to be updated on what is going on to date, are there talks of us recieving the permit, buyout, arbitration, and if arbitration KRY's plan on financing arbitration, and what they will be asking as an award.
