The govt is based on the less learned group who are still around. As you can see by the appointments that Chavez has recently done, he does not have any shiny apples in his bunch. He is greedy and incompetent, a deadly combination.

Without Chavez's say so, the group is just spinning their wheels. Whatever is in Chavez's brain will yet be determined because I truly believe even he doesn't know what to do. Hence the ineffectiveness of the ministries.

I do purport that this will be done in 2011, probably by spring and we will get a few scraps from bone but not much. For those who have a high cost, I feel you will not break even.

The $2 figure I believe is the ball park. If gold in still rocking, we get to $3.

I see GRZ settle then KRY settle and the story ends. I also see, Chavez losing in 2012 and then chaos for his/VZ agreements and internal security that is VZ.
