After some googling, I didn't find any venezuelan prosecution of bribery. But apparently the US DOJ fined pride, siemens, shell and some other companies for it. I read about this story before. Personally, I think Crystallex just acted in good faith, paying what was asked of it by an official, for official reasons. I believe it was to go to a water treatment plant? But this is all moot, if it occurred before Crystallex became a US publicly traded company? Is that what you were trying to point out, CJR?
