I share all your angst and that of many others here......the waiting has indeed been interminable so far.

Amidst all this gloom, I am sensing that the resolution is around the corner. I simply base that all on the basis of the recent events, namely existence of a valid MOC, and a powerful, politically connected JV partner. I would very much doubt Hugo telling the Chinese that the new decrees would mandate a change in the terms of the MOC, after nearly 18 months of negotiations with CREC/CRRC had the tacit approval of VZ.

Here is wishing all the fellow shareholders Happy holidays and definately happier times with the arrival of permit and higher SP really soon.
