Caracas, December 17 AVN .- Enabling Act, requested the National Assembly (AN) by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez, in the economic area will offer solutions to problems in production caused oligopolies and monopolies in the industrialization and mining.

So said Minister of People's Power for Basic Industries and Mining, José Khan, during the Scopes conversatorio Enabling Act, which was held at the National Institute of Pipes.

"This law will allow us, within the parameters required in equity and justice, to lead us into the problem of some types of organizations in the production are oligopolies and monopolies, to advance a new form of organization
to increase productivity and efficiency, "he said.

Khan defended the initiative of President Chavez to apply this law to assist families who were affected by the rains.

"We seek a solution to this very dramatic situation we are living, in which more than 33,000 families nationwide require immediate attention. This law will streamline the process of search of land and the permits for the construction of houses, since these families can not stay more than two years in the shelters, "he added.
