The Ministry of People's Power for Basic Industries and Mining (Mibam) declared
the termination of the concession for exploration and subsequent exploitation of
alluvial gold and diamond called Yaguarin 0, consistent with an area of 2,000
hectares, located in the municipality Sifontes Bolivar state, operated by Condor
Gold Mines Company of Venezuela.
The Resolution was published in the Official Gazette No. 39578, dated Tuesday,
December 21, 2010, which was ordered to appoint the Inspector of Mines
Prosecutor of Callao, to receive on behalf of the Republic within a period of 90
days, land, permanent works, including fixtures, fittings and equipment are an
integral part of it, and any other property for mining.
