I beg to differ... I believe that everything is still on track in terms of JV with CRRC... It is clearly evident that JV means much to CRRC as is to KRY... CRRC has so much to gain from very little upfront investment... after all, they are getting 2/3 of LC for doing nothing... I believe it is KRY holding up the JV.

I am glad that KRY management has some sense to wait for the environmental permit (issuance or assurance from VEN/HUGO) before agreeing to the JV with CRRC. Can you imagine what will happen to our share price once the JV is finalized without the environmental permit and KRY finally decides to take VEN to arbitration?
