Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
The deadline isn't necessarily April 1st.
The terms are covered by the agreement between Canada and Vz called the promotion and protection of investment treaty.
The actual deadline would be 3 years after Crystallex first became aware of the breach of contract. This could be April 30th 2008 depending on how Kry sees the date.
April 30th was the press release but they would have been aware of it earlier.
The deadline would depend on when Kry was aware or should have been aware of the breach. My guess is that the date of the letter denying our permit would be the start date for the 3 years.
