if kry files BK and does'nt file for arbitration or negates shareholders in some other fashion then i think lawsuits and criminal charges will be forthcoming..

unfortunately they have better lawyers than we do...

I'm sure they scooped up enough additional money from gullible shareholders last June to pay the legal fees to defend themselves against shareholder lawsuits stemming from the pump and dump last June.
