If the Chinese have done as I imagine, then I would bet they did it with KRY support and absolutely built upon the original plan. I recall that the original plan was designed to be readily scalable. So the Chinese would not have to do the work over again just ask for an amendment and supply whatever impact and mitigation info was required relative to the change in scale. But again, the important thing is that it would be the Chinese doing the additional work and doing the asking... not KRY. Approval of a larger mine should not be a political problem for Ven because it has also said that it wants a bigger operation that KRY was proposing.
