Nothing personal, because I find your posts very informative - but just a general comment that could be appended to any one of many daily posts on here - "hope, hope, hope, yada, yada, yada."

That's where we get into trouble trying to parse where this whole saga sits at any one time. Someone posts "I think we'll hear something on Tuesday." Then 2 months later, someone posts, "I remember someone saying there'd be news on (plug in a date)", and we're all scurrying around looking for what is remembered as an official pronouncement about that certain Tuesday, 2 months earlier.
