Sorry, I haven't checked back in since my post. The response by RM that KRY could file for another/different arbitration claim was a direct answer to one of my questions. It was by no means represented as something the company was looking to do.

I asked him what would happen if the deadline passed and nothing happened, would the company have the ability to file another claim?
