So all of the delays seems to be from waiting for the Ven. Gov. to approve permits before CRRC will finalize any agreement with Crystallex. Bottom line Chavez still holds all the cards and nothing we can do about it. They meet in January and if no permits are given back to square one, wonderfull. This is my interpretation.
