i'm guessing the computer translated "funny"..not funny HA HA...

this is the part that pisses me off!

"In a historical account of the granting of a concession Cedeno recalled that in December 2008 approved the feasibility study of the issue by the MIBAM through a resolution, then published operating certificate in the Official Gazette No. 39,260 dated: 09-09-2009, for a period of 20 years, then the company introduced the environmental impact study to the Ministry of Environment, and approved a permit on 9/23/2010, so there is already with all the permits needed to operate the site, including environmental and mining deposits.
