And the Chinese are the ones most terrified of a N. Korean implosion. There ain't enough bullets in the world for them to keep their border intact. Imagine, several million starving, desperate people crossing the river into China all in one go - even worse if it's winter when the thing is frozen. Would keep Anderson Cooper busy for a couple of months.
