It seems to me that at the highest levels of Vennieland, KRY is a bad word, and nothing will ever be done that involves KRY.
But doesn't that summarize the absurdity of the situation?
The highest levels of Vennieland don't like KRY. So they say screw 'em.
But if what KRY says about their ability to file for arbitration is accurrate (and it would be a crime imo if they are for some reason unable to file), something will get done, and the highest levels of Vennieland might not like the result, allbeit years later.
Do they not comprehend this or do they just not care?
If Hugo wanted to hurt KRY and it's shareholders, mission accomplished. We are at .30 and the company is nearly bankrupt.
What does Hugo have to gain by drawing this out to April? Can he really drive us much lower before arbitration -- I don't think so.
Will we go bankrupt or lower after we file for arbitration? I don't think so but what do I know.
Does he really think he can win at arbitration? How could he? The fact that he can't kick us out, speaks volumns on that issue.
What I fear is that his hatred for us so intense that he is blinded to the fact that, in the long run, this is a losing battle for him.
Or he's just too stupid to realize the value of the mine.
And if either one is true it appears we will be here for a while. But, if that's the case, KRY should not expect some 11th hour favorable resolution to this mess. That's equally absurd.
