Looking at it from the CREC's perspective, this

is a fantastic deal and they so much to gain by getting their foot hold on one of the richest

gold mines with so little effort on their part. They get nothing if it were to go the arbitration

route and the property gets tied up for years.

That is true....and in defense of KRY management "giving away" 2\3 of the MOC.....this not only motivates CRRC to get the deal done but subverts any possible ploy by Venezuela to propose a 50-50 JV with the Chinese while cutting KRY out of the picture.
