There has been overwhelming evidence of the risk associated with this play for a very long time now. Anyone toying with the idea of class action is right out to lunch imo. If you didn't see the possibilities of the potential outcomes, then go cry in a corner, not on this board. You obviously disassociated yourself from the possibilities.
