My feeling is that the rise in GRZ is directly related to the negotiations of a settlement that Belanger has said publicly have been ongoing. I also believe that those negotiations are only occurring in an attempt to merge the two projects, and I'm not sure how serious those negotiations are in light of what we are going through. My conclusion is that GRZ will tank if we end up in arbitration too. Their rise is directly tied to some potential deal with us going forward, and without it, they are toast (just like us). They are hanging their collective hats on the hope that Ve needs them out of the way to go forward.
