friday hugo will be in the right area, talking about agreements with china, mibam is involved...also, this article comes from natalie garcia who has been the closest reporter to the LC story with links to mibam...

it all sounds good but the stock price sure is'nt foreshadowing hugo announcing a deal on LC....also, i find it strange that an article is listing where and when hugo will be somewhere..that's kinda unusual
