Agree with oldfool regarding the messages by the same poster on Yahoo chat board.

I continue to hold the belief that the deal will get done. I don't see Chavez renegging

on the agreement with CRRC/CREC which is owned by the Chinese Govt. If we go the

arbitration route, every party here loses including VZ as the property gets tied up in

litigation and Chinese are totally out of the loop. It is very unfortunate that some of the

longs have sold... I truly hope that we all recover our losses really soon and we get to

celebrate.
