Stepped up to the plate and added an additional 50K shares at the lows of the day. Seems to me that everyone knows there is a deal in the works and no material news has been released to cause the stock to go down. I believe this is the shakeout before the news and those that were on margin got called or people got scared. Looking for $1.75 on announcement then $5 and above on results of shareholder vote. The upside side is that there is only 25 cents to zero so atleast I know my risk.
