I don't think it is bad news. If it were, it would be out by now. I think it was halted to prevent someone from leeking the news. I think we agreed to not release any news until the "other" parties have a chance to review the announcement. I think it will be released by a partner before KRY.

I think we have the permit since a buyout offer would have already been released, no need to hold back on that announcement.

Just my opinion and thoughts
