If, indeed, we are waiting on the Chinese. The link provides the current time in both time zones...

Time difference between Beijing, China and Toronto, Ontario Canada :

-13:0 hrs

Beijing is 13:0 hours ahead of Toronto
That means when it is 1:00 am (midnight) in Toronto, it is 2:00 pm in Beijing (same calendar day)
