I think that as long as the holders of 50% of the shares give a nod and a wink, there would be no need to call a formal sharehilder meeting.

This is a frigging drug - trying to get my office moved this weekend, and here I am reading a KRY board ... WHEN THE MARKETS ARE CLOSED!!! Bloody moron!
